These mounts can be used in a variety of folded optical designs, with Classical Cassegrains being the most common. Cassegrain secondary spiders are custom-made to your mirror's size (1.30” to 6.00” mirror diameter). The major body components are made of carbon composite and the vanes are steel. Some Cassegrain designs require precise spacing between the primary and secondary mirror and you can adjust the axial position with high precision.
